Over the past 12 months Off Site has been implementing real time SPC collection and monitoring throughout its manufacturing facility. The software is now live on all production jobs and a number of Off Site’s customers’ parts. This world class software allows Off Site’s operators to see and react to trends as they happen and make adjustments before trending out of control. The software also allows the generation of numerous SPC reports with up to the minute results.
