Off Site’s Process improvement

Working with its equipment suppliers, work holding engineers, and perishable tooling designers Off Site recently completed a process redesign project with outstanding results. The newly implemented process eliminated two additional operations that had previously been performed on separate pieces of equipment. The new process allows the first three operations to be completed on one piece of equipment. The results were significantly reduced cycle times, savings in manpower and the awarding of a job that represents one of the highest annual volumes Off Site has ever produced.
